Tania works with English speaking and Spanish speaking clients.

She offers virtual and in -person sessions in our San Jose location to children, adolescents, families, individual adults and couples. She has a person-centered psychodynamic approach where she uses techniques that are related to strengths based, trauma informed, motivational interviewing and family systems evidence-based frameworks. Her primary focus is to provide clients with a safe non-judgemental and culturally attuned space to explore and process. Her aim is to help you achieve personal goals that will make life more fulfilled and find ways to adjust to demands and stressors.
